St. Louis, March 12th, 2010 – Coldwell Banker Premier Group announces real estate agent Kimberly Carney of Ladue has been named top sales agent for the last quarter out of all the affiliated Coldwell Banker offices in the State of Missouri.

Carney has been an agent with the Coldwell Banker Premier Group for the past eight years. She started her career when she was looking for a home for herself and got excited about real estate sales. She was rookie sales person of the year, and has been at the top of her profession ever since.

Kim credits her success to providing great service to her clients. “I think differently than most agents. I develop close relationships and go above and beyond the normal level of service. I spend a lot of my own money to market homes. I believe in open houses; I’m the new style of agent.”

The internet has changed the way homes are marketed, and Carney says now, agents must provide a huge presence online for their customers. She pays for listings featured on several websites.

Carney also says the training she’s received at Coldwell Banker Premier has been instrumental in providing her the necessary tools to be successful. “It’s important to be with a company that’s going to provide good training.
